- Account & orders: name, delivery/billing address, email, phone, order contents, payment references (payments are processed by our providers; we do not store full card details).
- Website use: technical data (IP, browser, device), cookies — see our cookie banner/tool and partner notices where applicable.
- Marketing: only if you opt in (e.g. newsletter).
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract: process orders, payments, shipping, customer support.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax, consumer law.
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, site security, analytics where allowed.
- Consent: non-essential cookies, marketing emails — you may withdraw consent anytime.
4. Recipients
We use processors such as hosting, email, payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, WooCommerce Payments), shipping carriers, and analytics/marketing tools as disclosed in our cookie/plugin settings. They may process data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards (e.g. SCCs) where required.
5. Retention
We keep order and accounting data as long as legally required; marketing data until you unsubscribe; technical logs for a limited period for security.

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD) or your local authority.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
