Shipping Policy

1. Production time

Products are handmade. Standard production typically takes 3–5 business days; personalised items typically 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout or agreed in writing. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Production time is separate from transit time.

2. Where we ship and price

We ship within Belgium and worldwide. Available carriers and rates are shown at checkout and may depend on destination and parcel size. Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

3. Delivery times (indicative)

Belgium: often 1–3 business days after dispatch. EU: often 4–7 business days after dispatch. Other countries: often 14–21 business days; customs may add delays. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, we provide a tracking number where the carrier supports it.

5. Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by local authorities. These are the recipient’s responsibility unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos if applicable. We will assist you in line with carrier rules and applicable consumer law.
