Via the website (recommended): Select a product from the catalog, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. This is the fastest method.
Via social media: Contact us via direct message on [Instagram/Facebook]. Specify the product name, the color, and, if necessary, the engraving details. We will send you a confirmation and a payment link.
Custom order: If you have an original idea, email us at wcraftbe@gmail.com or contact us via direct message. We will discuss the design and materials, and agree on a price and delivery terms.
Since every Wildcraft product is completely handmade, we maintain high quality standards that take time. Delivery times vary depending on the type of order:
Standard products (without engraving): Production takes 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe includes cutting, hand-stitching, and finishing.
Personalized products: The timeframe increases to 5 to 7 business days, as we need to factor in the time required for preparing and applying the engraving.
In-stock items: If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Note: Production times do not include delivery time. We will always provide you with the expected shipping date after you place your order.
We deliver everywhere in Belgium and worldwide.
Delivery in Belgium: We use Bpost (or another postal service) for fast and reliable delivery. The delivery time is generally 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
International delivery (EU and the rest of the world): Shipping is handled by [e.g., Bpost International, DHL, UPS]. Delivery times may vary: • Europe (EU): 4 to 7 business days. • Other countries: 14 to 21 business days (depending on customs processing).
Important: After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package. Please note that the delivery time begins only after the production process is complete.
Yes, of course! We offer elegant personalization using hot stamping. This technique adds extra value to the product, making it the perfect gift or a unique accessory for yourself.
How it works:
Method: We use a special press and a custom stamp (cliché), which are heated and then pressed into the leather. This creates a sharp, deep, and durable impression.
Options: • Blind embossing: A classic method where the stamp retains the natural color of the leather, creating a deep and refined relief. • Hot foil stamping: We generally use gold, silver, or another color foil, which makes the engraving stand out more visually.
Personalization options: This typically involves initials, names, dates, or a small logo.
