Last updated: 3 April 2026. These terms govern purchases from WildCraft via wcraft.be (WooCommerce shop). By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Seller

2. Products and prices

We strive to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in leather grain, colour, or handmade finish are normal. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

3. Orders and contract

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. fraud risk, stock error, legal restriction). The contract is formed when we send you order confirmation or dispatch the goods, as required by applicable law.

4. Payment

Payment methods offered at checkout (cards, PayPal, etc.) are processed by our payment partners. Charges appear according to their terms.

5. Personalisation

Embossing and other personalisation are performed as agreed in your order. Please verify spelling and dates before submitting; we are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied text.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Belgian or EU law. See our Returns Policy and Shipping Policy.

7. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such exclusion is unlawful.

8. Disputes

EU consumers may use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Competent courts and law follow mandatory rules for consumers.
