Return & Refund Policy

At Wildcraft, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return and refund process according to Belgian and EU consumer protection laws.
1.Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving a reason.
2. Customised and personalised products
According to applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example items with custom embossing, initials, names, dates, or logos). If your order includes such personalisation, we will confirm whether the withdrawal right applies before we start production.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale may have specific return restrictions (please contact us for details).
Personalized Goods: Any items that have been custom-engraved or made to your specific requirements cannot be returned.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at info@wcraftbe.com with your order number.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Ship the item to our workshop at:

Please note: Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@wcraftbe.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge to you.
